Ladd Landing is eight hundred acres of gorgeous Tennessee land on the Watts Bar lake but it's more than that. It's a southern elegance and an uncommon lifestyle. Our focus, of course, was on photography, videographer, and a strong social media presence. In such a competitive market, getting the buyer to visit is the biggest challenge and in this case, a picture is worth a thousand words.
